Issue #362 highlights content from ten (10) Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators found ten (10) new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
The @OCD nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!
All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

@william-syrus brings us another mystical piece, titled "Odyssey" as he prepares for another fire season at the United States. This talented author puts himself into the front line of battling the season of heat as a firefighter during the hottest months of summer in his local areas. With that in mind, the resulting piece is a powerful statement, of an 'odyssey' or a journey back out into the vast beyond. The process is included in the post, narrated well throughout the stages, even during the difficult parts of the painting, and the finished picture is absolutely stunning to behold.

I have a long belief that photography and photographs are a frozen moment in time that may or may not reflect reality. @paintingangels has given me pause to think that maybe music and a song can be just like that. A frozen moment in time that may or may not reflect reality.

It started off as a 5-Minute Freewrite, but turned into a 56-Minute Freewrite. In that 56 minutes @ddschteinn was able to build some really great characters, even the one that is never seen. While the author conveys a great story, so much so that I had actual visions of what the characters looked like in my head, but they also left areas for the reader's imagination to fill in.

A “pochade” box is a special box for carrying artsy supplies and comes in handy when going on plein air outside. Unfortunately, they can be quite pricey, but @heatherthebard came up with her own pochade or “sketch” from French box. Repurposing an old nail care kit case, using a bit of velcro and lots of love. How much did she spend making the box? The grand total of $0!

@unyimeetuk shows his mastery with using graphite pencils. His keen eye for details and how he pays attention to the tonal value is really impressive.

Have you ever seen a live birth? It's tricky, I guess not many people have seen that unless it was on video. But how about a goat birth? Now that sounds like something interesting! Squareonefarms is a homesteading account where content like this (and much more) is featured every day.
