OCD DAILY - Issue #174

Welcome to the 174th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #174 highlights content from ten (10) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues it's search throughout Steemit to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.

Today our curators, under our leader, acidyo@acidyo, have found you ten new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are provided by newer Steemit users, that may not have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide that audience, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.

The nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users), within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the ocd@ocd team, votes tallied and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

This author is diving into the wonders of this world discovering a village where people are producing lotus clothes in an old fashion way to sell them then locally. We have no idea if these people are enjoying their intensive labor or they are smiling just for the camera, but you should check out these impressive pictures.

A lot of new introduction posts pop up every single day on Steem, and most of the users share their story directly through written words or spoken ones, but this post is a bit different. This new Steemian lets his picture tell his story, and as far as I’ve seen, it’s an impressive one.

Sometimes nothing works better than some pixel art that can bring you back to those glorious ages when computers were as big as a desk and memory was inexistent. You should check out the post below because I assure you, it will bring up some pleasant memories of simpler times.

Most people have only heard of food diets but there’s a more critical type of diet, a mind diet I would call it. We live in a world filled with information and news and because our time is so scarce and our mind so precious we should guard both as best as we can. This Steemian is sharing some valuable information on the matter.

For many, the Asian culture seems appealing, but as long as you don’t live nearby, it’s not always easy to visit a country that’s so far away. But I think that photography was invented for people like us because this Steemian can underline the beauties of Thailand and its culture through her in-depth post so I advise you to give it a quick check because you won’t regret.

Happiness doesn’t come from how many things you own or how famous you are, but sometimes it comes from living life on your terms even if that means that you have to live a simple off-grid life. You have to check the post below if you want to see the inspiring journey of this author.

Few people are talking about death but embracing death means to embrace life itself because they are parts of the same cycle. This author is bringing a lot of questions that put you on thoughts about your relationship with death, so I urge you to check his post out to have a better understanding of this subject.
