At one point in my life I told myself that I wanted to move to NYC. I never made it happen and now that I know myself better, I understand why. I still love to visit that incredible city, though <3

Thank! And I agree about home ownership. The problem starts when we get distorted ideas of what that means. e.g. chasing bigger-the-better ideas about houses. It's a trap!

I've consumed a fair amount of Clif High content and found value in some of it. Lately, though, there have been several things that make me know I have to use a strong discernment to filter out the nonsense
