This is not going to be easy as they think , moving and building a new capital city cost alot but material and logistic concern . How are the government sure that the new capital city that is situated on an island will not sink as well, have they done their geophysical survey to determine the kind of rock formations the new island is made of. This calls for great concern both to the government and the citizens as well
