First Rent to own Splinterlands contract completed

On April 28, 2021 @royaleagle and @giemo entered into a rent to own contract. More details can be found in the original contract post.

As per this agreement once @giemo reached the full purchase amount of 36,000 DEC I would transfer the final card the 1 bcx reward Ruler of The Seas with the serial C3-98-30KMMYP0GG.
Yesterday @giemo completed the contract early and finished paying the 36,000 DEC.

I sent him the final card, which can be found in this transaction.
