I just caught myself thinking that I have been in the mountains in all four seasons. Why not check out some scenery?
Spring in the mountains is crocuses :) Spring in the mountains is still cold air, very clean air, which is already touched by the first warm rays of the sun.
Spring in the mountains is still cold wind but warm sunlight. These are the remnants of snow, which, having melted, saturate the soil with water to such an extent that the tourist's feet are stuck in it. The climb to the top becomes even more difficult.
In the summer, you walk in the mountains in a T-shirt and sweat terribly, but at night it gets so cold that you are ready to go into the fire to warm yourself.
Summer in the mountains is heat, which is suddenly replaced by a thunderstorm. After a thunderstorm, the sun comes out and burns again, evaporating the moisture. Before everything has time to dry, another thunderstorm comes.
In autumn, in the mountains, you can already see snow on the distant peaks, yellow dry grass around you, but the forest remains green, because in the Carpathians the forests are coniferous.
With the onset of dusk, you feel the breath of winter. This is not a weak breath, but a persistent strong and confident one.
Winter in the mountains is a test, danger, survival... I only once went hiking in the Carpathians in winter. It was not my wisest decision. It is difficult and dangerous. An experienced guide is needed. I received the desired impressions that will stay with me for the rest of my life, but it is unlikely that I will repeat this.
