I hope you're all doing well today 😁 I'm back with my weekly running recap. I only managed two of the three runs I originally planned because we had other things to do over the weekend, and timing was tricky. On Tuesday, for the first run of the week, @genesisledger suggested we go for a run in the park in the next town over. It was a short loop of just under 1km. The weather was beautiful and quite warm, which was lovely. However, there are some pretty steep hills that break up the running rhythm. I'm a little disappointed I only ran 2 kilometers. But in itself, 2 km without stopping is already a great victory compared to my first running sessions. Then, on Thursday, for my second run of the week, I went back to my training plan. So I did: 5 minutes of running / 1 minute of walking, repeated 6 times. A good session, without too much difficulty. J’espère que vous allez tous très bien aujourd’hui 😁 Je reviens pour faire mon nouveau résumé running de la semaine dernière. J’ai fait seulement 2 séances de course sur les 3 prévues initialement, parce que le week-end, nous avons eu d’autres choses à faire et niveau timing, c’était compliqué. Mardi, pour la première séance de la semaine, @genesisledger m’a proposé d’aller courir dans le parc de la ville d’à côté. Une petite boucle d’un peu moins d’1km. Je l’ai fait 2 fois. Il faisait beau et assez chaud, c’était agréable. En revanche, il y a de sacrés montées qui cassent le rythme de la course. Je suis un peu déçu de n’avoir couru que 2 kilomètres. Mais en soit, 2 km sans s’arrêter, c’est déjà une belle victoire si on compare à mes premières séances de running. Ensuite, jeudi, pour la deuxième séance de course de la semaine, j’ai repris mon plan d’entraînement. J’ai donc fait : 5 minutes de course / 1 minute de marche, le tout 6 fois. Une bonne séance, sans trop de difficultés.
