Hello everyone and welcome to my post. It is a new day, a bright and beautiful day with God weather. The sunrise is as beautiful as always.
Seeing another day as this, is a gift that I am grateful to have. Opportunities, they say, comes but once. But I see see different opportunities in everyday of the the week.
I woke up today feeling very great and blessed. My health was top notch as I felt really healthy. Upon waking up, I said a short prayer of thanks giving. As a Christian, giving thanks to the creator of life is a must. I do not waste any time in doing so. After the thanksgiving, I did my morning routine, then I dressed up for my morning jogging.
The road work went well as I enjoyed every step I took. After a long jog, I went back home to continue my exercise. I began to do some push ups, squatting, jumping jacks and pull ups. After a while of building my muscles, I decided to stretch them. This is to avoid any form of muscle pull. Cobra stretching was really relaxing. After I was done with my exercise, I went to the bathroom to relax under a cold shower. This was the best feeling I've felt over the month. It felt like I should remain there for eternity. I did not have much time to spend, so I decided to go out of the shower anyways.
After dressing up, I went to the kitchen to fix breakfast. Filled my stomach then went out to face the stress the day has to throw at me..
I also did my clean planet activity. Took some pictures while at it.
