Long ago I saw a blue being in the clouds. It was as if it was trapped or perhaps just waiting for me. I was compelled to draw it as if hypnotized if it's gaze.

This work of art was created, I believe, on a trip from New Jersey to North Carolina. I recall being lost in the clouds and using them to let my imagination roam free. The thing that I most love about this was creating as well as the result of the eye & iris.
This highly detailed component was meant to act like both a lure and to give a sense of mystery. In some ways, as I was drawing it, I felt like I was drawing a piece of myself.
