The idea of naked shoes sounds tempting! I wonder what they feel like. I know of a kid who walked around without shoes in college in the middle of winter... when it was snowing.

Great shot of a phenomenon and amazing animal. Not many, myself included have been able to witness such awe in nature. We went whale watching a few years back, but we didn't get to see much.
