There are a lot of websites around these days that do the heavy lifting work of collating the statistics of matches played and present them in a usable format for punters. Some useful inputs for your prediction models.
I like Soccervista because it shows the form of the teams clearly and split into Home/Away form. Another thing i like about them is that they have Home/Away tables as well as Last 5 tables. Makes for easy visualization.
The also provide predictions for matches but based on what i've observed so far, it's better not to put too much stock in those. The thing I like about Sofascore is that it allows you to do your analysis with the bookie odds in mind. H2H as well as Manager H2H are available for many games and is something that i like to factor in. They also present you with H2H as well as team streaks for your consideration.
Perhaps the most interesting feature they provide is the probability of a team clearing the bookie odds based on past match history. I haven't come across another site that provides this. A word of caution - even if the opposing team only has a '10% chance of winning', they can still win!
Well as the name suggests, Soccerstats is a treasure trove of statistics related to soccer. The site can feel a little overwhelming because of the amount of stat options to choose from so analysis paralysis is something to watch out for.
I do like this site for analyzing over/unders as you can see the percentage of times the team has cleared each of the handicap levels. I usually pair this up with relative form of the teams as well as H2H from Sofascore to try and make a better prediction.
Where the site lacks i think is that looking at H2H information and H2H streaks is non-existent or maybe i just haven't found it yet. It also doesn't show you the bookie odds and it would be great if they could incorporate those as well.
