Heartbreak for Denmark who have really outdone themselves this tournament. Best performance since '92 when they won the thing coming in as a replacement for Yugoslavia.
The winning penalty was a soft one if we're being honest but that's the way luck works. You have to seize it when it shines in your favor and hopefully be able to make your own luck from time to time.
I had expected England to win this comfortably but it took a penalty in extra-time to settle things. Still, it is only the final result that counts.
Italy have looked to be the danger team this tournament and if it were taking place anywhere else but England, I'd say they are the favorites. But with the final at Wembley, I think England will take it.
