The Dragon Splinter is a splinter with powerful cards that don't get used enough in my opinion. Many of the cards have powerful abilities or are exceptionally quick right from level 1 which can make them useful in battle.
Healed Out - 13 Mana Cap
This is a low mana battle and every mana makes a difference so as to have more monsters on the battlefield. With no healing, I want to use the Thorns ability of Djinn Chwala coupled with the additional shield to inflict extra damage to my opponent. The Naga Assassin's speed will also be useful.
Summoner: Kretch Tallevor as the lowest mana dragon summoner
Position 1: Djinn Chwala for its high health, shield and thorns ability
Position 2: Furious Chicken to protect my Naga Assassin
Position 3: Naga Assasin to do quick range attacks with its 5 speed
Yes, the strategy was pretty effective with the Djinn Chwala doing a lot of damage despite my opponent using a similar strategy with his Cursed Winduku. The difference was its lack of shield compared to the Djinn Chwala.
In Round 1, my opponent's Cursed Windeku has suffered a lot of damage thanks to Djinn's thorns and the Naga Assassin's fast attack.
By the end of Round 2, the Windeku has been killed and Round 3 is down to a Djinn Chwala almost in full health against the Death Elemental. One hit from the Dhinn Chwala and the Death Elemantal is killed and my opponent has been vanquished.

I think the overall strategy worked well by saving on mana with the summoner to use more monsters like Djinn Chwala and the Naga Assassin. If there is one thing I would do differently, it would be to choose a splinter where I have another 0 mana monster so that my Naga Assassin survives another round.
The Dragon Splinter has very powerful cards right from level 1 compared to the other splinters, I feel. You also get to combine them with the other splinters for more strategies just like Neutral cards so they can be useful like that. It would be nice to have more Dragon Quests which are pretty hard to come by.
