My breweries weren't moving at the original price I set so I had to do some digging as to what price I bought them for to set as a minimum acceptable price. Turns out the current bid is higher than what I got them for so I gladly accepted the bid on two of them.
I then went and bought some ice-cream shops with the proceeds. I do lose a little BEER token production but it isn't much to be honest. The ice-cream shops do come with a population boost and the income is better.
If I did the calculations right, the shops added about 15 income while the loss of 3 breweries would cost about 5 income. So it will be a net positive 10 SIM after the final brewery is sold.
Now, time to find something to do with the increased population in order to keep them occupied.
