Well, he's going to be disappointed though, because there's nothing to steal here. A pity i can't expand the storage but if you heist and build up the army, i suppose it could be done after a month or so. The missions are taking a while to come through but at the moment, i don't think the rewards justify the risks.
Also, let's see if this gets an upvote like yesterday. Previously, it wasn't on a 24h timer, the Drugwars upvote.
