Seems like I have encountered a bit of a bug here. I bought a pack at the stroke of midnight and it seems like some ghastly ghouls have swallowed my cards. I have had this problem of the cards not appearing for flipping before.
So I thought that the cards appeared in my collection and I just need to update them. However, thinks do not seem to be so simple this time.
The pack has been 'pending' for around 24 hours now and I think at this point, it isn't going to show up without raising a ticket. I suppose I should check out the RisingStar discord support channel for this.
I've tried looking for a way to resolve this within the game itself but it doesn't seem like there's an option to. If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know if this can be resolved without a ticket. Thanks in advance!
