After the long break for international matches, here's the second week of Bundesliga predictions. Last week, the model got 4/9 matches correct. Not too happy with that performance since it is only 1 win away from random predictions. What was surprising was that it was the overwhelming favorites like Bayern Munich that disappointed. When it comes to real life betting, i'd avoid any match with odds less than 1.8. The R:R isn't worth it.
Anyway, here's hoping that the model will do better this week. A little change is that i've added a filter for draws. If neither team shows more than a 40% chance of winning according to the model, i predict a draw. This is slightly different from the previous predictions where the highest outright probability is chosen.
