It's the first time that this has happened for me, I think. Two of the same card in a pack. The net effect of this pack opening is 160 fans and 95 skill. Not the best pack but certainly not one of the worst.
I have to say that the game is a lot more enjoyable now that the activities are for the most part within my control. Haven't optimized what needs to be done when but it is mainly long missions and when I forget to do them and let the energy bar recover a bit too much or when I run out of boosts, I do a shorter mission.
I have about a thousand drunk fans so the actual number of fans is at 4900+ which is so close to my target of 5000 fans. Ideally, I should get to the next pack in two days or thereabout.
