Just got my second technology card that's the most advanced in the category. I had gotten one voice to skull previously and now I got the Advanced Healthcare card.
What this does is that it gives you 15% less sick people in your city. What is less clear to me is why sick people matter? I am not sure if there's much difference in my city if I had less sick people.
So if the usefulness isn't clear, then maybe I should sell and buy some more useful cards. I can perhaps try and net 8000 SIM for this one. Which I would then use to buy more workers as I seem to be facing a persistent worker shortage.
I am also looking at the Bitcoin Mining card as the other card that I want to add to my technology collection.
