Microsoft seems to be Bringing their A-Game when it comes to E3 2017. With the up and coming Project Scorpio, they have a big conference up ahead.
The Release of the Scorpio will undoubtedly be a good thing for the PS4 Pro as it will no longer be the only console capable of 4K Gaming. This means more development resources will go into making 4K Gaming more accessible.
The Scorpio will be a very powerfull console admittedly, but so is the PS4 Pro, an entire year before the scorpio. Now if Sony decided to bring the Playstation 5 to the table that would be another successful and even more powerful console, although that's very unlikely. But back to the topic, sony has way more exclusive rights at E3 then Microsoft do. Although the games are releasing on both consoles, Sony retains the rights to show exclusive footage of said games which Microsoft may not.
Some of these include CoD:WW2, Destiny 2, Need For Speed Payback, Farcry 5 etc.
Sony also has more exclusives than Microsoft, more icons like God of War, The Last of Us Part 2,Days Gone, Death Stranding and Spider-Man 2017,Detroit Become Human etc.
Now I'm not trying to bury Microsoft in the Dirt
This is just my opinion on why Sony and Playstation is better. A little competitiveness is good once and a while, both consoles are worth every penny. But the evidence doesn't lie. At the moment you would get either a New Xbox Console which might require new Types of Game Disks if it does not have backwards compatibility with XBOX ONE games, or way way more with the PS4 in terms of games and more VR expansion.
I mean look at Horizon Zero Dawn, a PS4 exclusive which sold a tremendous amount of copies.
It's the second best selling Game on PS4 and it only released this year, infact only a few months ago
So in my oppinion, Sony will win E3 2017 despite the XBOX Scorpio.
