Have a communicator or marketer on your team

If you're going to create projects on STEEM please consider having someone good at communication or marketing on your team.

• I can't count the number of projects announcing stuff on Steem that are really really bad at communicating their ideas.

• You should all be very leary of a project that has bad marketing doesn't really matter how good their idea is they'll still fail without the ability to quickly and easily sell their idea/product to users.

GET SOMEONE ON YOUR TEAM... PAY THEM IF NEEDED

• Apparently you can now print free money with SMTs aka #steemengine and pay them.
• If they believe enough in your project then I suspect they'll believe those tokens are going to be worth something.
  (Yes this is tongue in cheek because I am saying how many of these tokens are actually worth something? BUT... if they do believe in your project then it still holds true)
