Hello Actifitters! I'm still not well today. Cough, colds and fever. My throat is already fine. I started taking antibacterial meds which will last on Saturday. Inspite of my illness, I walked in the garage and inside the house and it feels good when I sweat. Hoping to feel better tomorrow.
