Hello Actifitters! Tuesday is laundry day. Second week of doing the laundry because our friend who wash our clothes is still sick. That's why I did the laundry and fortunately I got help. I didn't play any sports nor walking extra in the afternoon because I got enough steps and I am already tired. But I will definitely walk tomorrow.
