Many creatures from creation dwell in space as their main environment for existence. Some of these creatures can be enumerated beginning with the very minute ones that are invisible to our normal eyes but are scientifically view with the use of microscopes. Some of these are; bacteria, flies, larger insects to birds which are the most renowned of these creatures and the class I am to concentrate on in this piece of writing.
From nursery school settings, kids say rhymes and sing songs with physical demonstrations on birds flying. These birds have as their habitats forest that provides them with wild fruits for their food. The greatest of these forests in Cameroon is the “Kilum-Ijim Mountain Forest in parts of Bui/Boyo Divisions of the North West Region.
This forest is very rich biodiversity environment as it also contains other ecosystems like Lake Oku. Here, a variety of birds with colourful feathers chant sweet melodies, flapping their feathers on the multicoloured flowered tree branches in the bright days. A very good example of the bird of the bird of this forest is the “BANNERMAN’S TURACO” which is said to have been named from this forest. (It’s an unjustified citation please).
The birds family is another interesting area in nature as they migrate and tour their world than the richest man could do. They neither need ID cards nor passports for their movements and therefore, they are not tied down to geographical limitations as it applies to man but only climatic conditions do so with natural inclination. It is with regard to this that I once heard that a bird was marked in a forest in Africa and was discovered in a forest in Europe shortly after . (It may be vice-versa)
