Yesterday i found some "minutes" to grab a pen and paint something. It was the pen of my ipad and a digital sketch.
I have an Asterix comic next to my table and got inspired by the cover yesterday. There is an other book in front of the comic so i just can see the white wings of Asterix helmet and a turquoise Background.
This is what i wanted to do!
Simple turquoise background with a white style and black outlines.
It turned out very cool and i like this sketch a lot :)
I want to show you a tutorial how i paint a style like this.

Digital sketch tutorial!
At first i started to create my letters on a simple background.
After this i started with some black outlines.
Coming here with a 3D block.
After cleaning some parts i painted a drop shadow in the back.
It looked so cool after the shadow that i was not sure if it is just finish like this.
I knew i dont want to "overload" it and just did one more thing.
A small line in the middle of the blocks.
Yeah, thats it!
