PART 1: What good is this message?

*I promised, I said it, I will leave Twitter. * To be more precise, I’ll stop going on Twitter, and most importantly, I'll start posting on other sites, like Steemit, Gab and Minds at the end of February to mid-March. At a later time, I’ll extend my presence on other platform.
If you read this message, it is likely that you came here by Twitter or FB. I want to explain to you my approach, and why I leave what the Americans call a MSM (mainstream media) and in particular Twitter.
Everything we do in life, we do it with a goal. Nobody acts without it. This is an obvious premise and everyone can agree on that. When someone is on a social network, he may have the following goals:

1. Socialize, ie interact with acquaintances and friends around a subject.
2. Make new friends, new acquaintances, create a network.
3. Express and propagate ideas, concepts, images, content.
4. Have fun, lower your stress level
5. Learn things, learn about news, ideas and concepts.
6. Organize events, projects, etc.

From these 6 goals, one can realize a whole series of secondary objectives, which are generally combinations of the 6 goals in question. We can make new acquaintances or a network by spreading ideas that entertain, etc. etc. etc. A network that does not provide or only partially the means to achieve its goals is either bad network, or worse, useless. I do not have time to waste in a service where my actions are pointless.

PART 2: Twitter is lying to you

If I am and you sharing stuff on a social network, it’s of course to achieve the 6 goals above. Yet, as far as Twitter is concerned, the users on the right of the political spectrum are treated differently.
Last December, the 18th to be precise, Twitter has unilaterally changed its terms of use , which is illegal by European law standards (silence is not worth acceptance): it can now go rummaging in your internet presence even outside Twitter. This is illegal on the basis of the guidelines of the Federal Communications Commission. But in fact, it does not matter: they do what they want, without being able to do anything about it. In any case, they acted that way well before the change * (unilateral) * of the contract:

In France, several accounts continue to jump since that date. Nothing new, the purge is only more and more massive. James Allsup, Tim Cook, and several big news accounts in France, including the very bad Pont d'Arcole, jumped. What is remarkable, after all, is the lack of a generalized reaction. You have to keep in mind everything you say or do is said in the void: either nobody hears it, or one finds oneself to be expelled from various platforms quite regularly.

On January 11, James O'Keefe, director of "Project Veritas" - an American organization doing excellent journalistic work that I invite you to explore - produced this video. The journalists, in hidden camera, discuss with several computer scientists and employees of Twitter. With absolute confidence, those admit they hide the profiles of all conservatives, including very small accounts (-100 followers). On Twitter, your words are simply not seen. Worse, Twitter allows itself to read in your MP, which makes the tool anything but secure for personal exchanges.

He puts forward above all the practice known to the shadowban. Shadowban, ie a hidden eviction, means that Twitter:

1. does not show your account on searches.
2. Limits "commitments", ie the possibility for your followers to see your tweets. A "non-shadowban" account will be seen by about 75% of its followers on every tweet. For a shadowban account, it is at most 1/10 of the readership, or even more often limited to 150 people following an account.
   This means that you can collect Twiter Followers as sweets, it will not bring you anything.
3. more rare, the loss of contact "by bug": from time to time, you will see that people stop following you on Twitter. However, if you talk to them directly, you will discover that it is weird because they have not stopped following you. Ah, the chance ...
   How do you know if you are shadowban? Check if this person has blocked you: https://twitter.com/williamlegate If so, well, bad news, your account is shadowban. If this is not the case, know that it will not be long.
