NY Cannabis Question: Is this eve real?

Are these Legit SMART products and are these sold in rec or medical dispensories??? If so, can you spot any signs of counterfeit?
I’m not just asking if this particular package is, but rather the entire brand of SMART and their sealed cans of cannabis (below). These cans have been sweeping across NY fast- almost always SMART brand name.

Here is that same brand, but they also have Oil carts of food quality...
