General Sudirman arrived at Manggarai, Batavia, to attend the meeting in preparation for Linggadjati agreement. Sudirman previously get angry with the British troops, and returned to Jogja, for being insulted with the British action who prohibited Sudirman taking his armed troops to Batavia. Sudirman was escorted by Lukas Kustaryo, the Begundal van Karawang, November 1st, 1946
