It seems we may have lost our way.
It seems to me that staked governance was flawed from the onset. That was harshly revealed during the fork; yet those flaws existed prior to the fork. The egalitarian aspect of the papers quoted were pipe dreams; made all the more so through the Ninja Mined horde that continues to corrupt the system to this day.
HIVE is like a dysfunctional family that we put up with because we love most of the members.
One could have stayed with STEEM, yet most folks that meant anything to me were sold on the BS being put out by those about to loose their mining rights to Justin.
So it is what it is. A broken "experiment" that we love to use with others who we like to interact.
