Every Friday evening at Kekoa Coaching is girls only session. I launched the girls only idea 3 weeks ago and its slowly coming together and the group of girls that participate are starting to form really good friendships.
Coach Bobbi who is one of my senior coaches, takes the session and the girls are starting to come out of their shells and are really enjoying the session
My plan is to form a girls team to play alongside our boys teams and eventually enter the girls into a competitive league also.
Its great to see the new girls and parents come together and form new friendships and that has been one of the most satisfying things of forming my football academy. I now get prepared for another busy weekend as Saturdays and Sundays are the most eventful and we have lots planned.
