This should be common knowledge, right? But it isn't. That's unfortunate, don't you tnink? I mean not the SEO or bots or the whole technical stuff—but common decency and willingness to socialize.

I've been on blockchain social media for about a week now (a newbie) but social media was a part of me for a very long time. Even on platforms like facebook if you don't engage, no one will care about you. It's simple as that. In real life it's even worse, strangers do not care for you at all.

A lot of people come to hive to make some money and that's fine. But what majority of them don't get is that not engaging willfully, naturally and trying to milk other users might make you some buck at the end of the day but you won't enjoy the experience. Like a job you're stuck at and hate it. Wouldn't it be better in that case just to take some content creating jobs and be done with it?

Any social media or clubs, online or offline, whether it pays or not—requires long time commitment and interaction. There's no other way around.
