I promised a change of style, so this season I went out with more attack. And the result was a Top 50 finish again :).

Very pleased with position #46, which I secured after a final win with a Kraken deck against nitekichi, who went all out with Yodin Zaku :). The rating is also very high, although the 4700 limit for Champions I never seemed in reach.

I'm clearly overplaying Owster Rotwell (I blame my Valnamor-phobia) and I think I'm playing Mylor Crowling perhaps a bit wrongly. But my experience with the Dragon splinter compensates for it all :).

As ranged strategies are gaining in popularity this season (at least against me), I ended up deploying the Tower Griffin a lot. I might have slightly overdone it, but the win rate is still positive nevertheless :). Another important card here is the Sand Worn, which I played a bunch of times with the Shield bearer. The Sand Worm is nice to pair up with another, faster sneaker, as the two combined can often be sufficient to take out the opponent's rearguard in round one :).

On the downside, I have clearly been struggling with Green, as opponents seem to counter the ranged-style of that color quite frequently now.

I score high with Equalizer (I do so more often) and low with Super Sneak and Melee Mayhem. Funnily, at the Champions League level many opponents suddenly go all magic when these rulesets are in play, and I haven't properly adapted to that yet :).

It was a short season, but nevertheless I got a Top 5 finish in the Untamed Wealthy Gambit (I think it's been a long time since I finished 5th), and I reached 11th in a League of Champions tournament. Overall I'm pleased with the outcome :).

An exceptional haul this time! With two legendaries AND two golden rares. I'll be honest with you: I ended up selling most of these cards as I feel the prices are a little inflated at the moment ;).

Ah, I guess this is a new category! Basically I'm renting a golden Alpha Crustacean King, and I rent out a few basic golden cards. So you can see the summary here :).

This was a good season! But the main event perhaps happened off the battlefield here, as the Splinterlands card prices absolutely skyrocketed!

For next season I hope to maintain this level, get better with green, and perhaps I'll be able to secure a Top 3 finish in a tournament for the first time in my life??
