LESSON #7: PRODUCTION OF AFTER SHAVE

SAFETY: Observe all safety procedures as in previous posts and all other  safety precaution you know.

After shave is use to apply to shaved part of the body after shaving to prevent rashes bumps and other fungi associated with shave.

 PRODUCTION CHEMICALS  FOR AFTER SHAVE:

• Methanol
• Ethanol
• Menthol Crystal
• Perfume
• Colour

MEASUREMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF 3 LITRES

• Methanol         1 litre
• Ethanol             2 litres
• Menthol Crystal    1/2 T-spoon 
• Perfume       To taste
• Colour    (Optional)       To taste

METHOD OF PRODUCTION:

1. Pour the Ethanol into a clean container
2. Add the Methanol
3. Add the Menthol Crystal after grinding to break into smaller particles to dissolve fasted
4. Add colour (If needed but very small to avoid staining after application 
5. Stir the mixture
6. Package for use or sale
