Had that same "in the zone" experience at Little Caesar's Pizza back in the day (all the way back when their motto was still "Pizza! Pizza!"). I was the oven guy taking out the pizzas and cutting and boxing, and when we had the right people at the pizza make station and the cash register we could be flingin' pizzas out the door like crazy! Never really had quite the same experience at other service jobs before or after that... it really takes the right combination of people.
