IPA's are one of those things where I've had some I kinda liked, but more than half I've tried I either haven't cared for or I outright hated. Maybe it's the unconventional approach many American brewers take in making their IPA "unique", or maybe I'm just not an IPA person. So I just took that and exaggerated it by an order of magnitude as one of Wayen the Monk's little quirks... 😁
