I went to University of Arizona, and I was in the dorms for just one year (one year was enough for me). Not too hard to keep the room decent (depending on the roommate), but some of the bathrooms left much to be desired. I do NOT miss sharing a bathroom with a whole floor of 18-22 year old guys!
