Yeah, that's what worries me greatly... the lockdowns are accelerating the transfer of wealth to the mega-rich (people AND corporations). Big companies have more resources to endure lockdowns, are more able to get favorable treatment, and they typically manage to be first in line for government assistance. Many want to blame the big companies, and to be sure there are some that are pulling strings to shape the lockdowns. But most are simply responding to incentives and taking the opportunities that appeared. Restrictions or no, changing the incentives is the only way to get to the root of the problem.

Anyway, good news here is we heard that most things will be opening up Monday. Much damage has already been done, but at least I can spend a little bit of these crypto gains at some of the restaurants and shops that have survived...
