Never worked there, or any burger places for that matter (mostly did pizza & Italian places, along with Subway and even a Chinese food joint). But I imagine one of the riskier times are the late-night drive-thru-only hours where there's no customers in the building and minimal management supervision. Even without rude customers, all it takes is a bad, bored employee who's watched 'Waiting' and 'Fight Club' WAY too much... 😬

We only eat at the golden arches maybe once or twice a year (when we're in the USA for Xmas season), but still I am curious.... what other times and items do you steer clear from?
