Whatever one thinks how deadly (or mild) SARS-COV-2 is, it's clear many governments have gone full tyrant and don't believe in letting people do their own risk management. But on the plus side, it DOES make it really easy to spot all the nations, states, and cities that one should never choose for a future residence.

It's a shame though, because with it's weather and geography California has a lot of beauty & potential.
