We still don't have any lockdown or uncontrolled Covid-19 spread here in Mongolia, so this comes more from what I see of other people on Twitter and such than my own experience. The one exception is that schools are still shut down. I gotta admit if we didn't have the grandparents available to watch the kids for us, I wouldn't get any work done here at home!
