I'm more of the mind that rules are most helpful as a guideline that a group of people of roughly similar mind and attitude can use to establish a common understanding with each other, not just some thing

Eh, I don't know if I can draw well while buzzed, never tried. Though I HAVE written/edited comic strip dialogue after a few beers. At least I tend to wait until the next morning before posting.... I gotta

I was still little when I saw this cartoon in the mid-80's, but I remember it well. They even aired the series on one of the cartoon channels some years back, and I re-watched them with my little son.

Winner winner chicken dinner!!!

But the REAL Bloom County fans know the band's name before they changed it to 'Billy and the Boingers'. First one to answer correctly gets an immediate upvote! 😁

I'm the same way, I haven't done anything with charcoal since college art classes either. I loved the way charcoal drawings came out, but I hated the messiness of it (can't stand messy hands). But now

The defense industry is probably the worst when it comes to contractors and wasting money (at least speaking for the US). With my last job, actual work was maybe 2 hours out of the day... the rest of the

I've never been to a KISS performance, or really any rock concerts as I find it hard to fully enjoy myself among large groups of people. Plus Alaska was not a prime venue for such concerts, and I find

Absolutely... you can find all of my strips at nerdbynorthwest.com ... not only the Nerd By Northwest strips, but also the spinoff "XCOM-ic" strips and my Bitcoin/crypto-themed comic

I think I only have less than 2 weeks before my power-down is finished. If I still had substantial votes/income still coming through Steem the decision might be harder, but given that's not the case the

Yup, violence against people and property in this context is almost always counterproductive. It drives people away from the cause, confuses the issue, and usually ends up hurting people not at fault for
