sure. A downpour is no fun but mostly I am never more than a couple of km's from my house. If it gets to be massively downpouring I start to worry about my headphones but that is why I carry my phone in a ziploc and if it gets bad enough I will take the headphones out and put them in there as well. The sound of the pounding rain is better than most of the music I have anyway.

But yeah, glasses, I can see how that would be annoying.
