yeah, you are extremely fit if that is your resting heart rate. That's amazing. I got concerned about my cardio and transitioned from weights to cardio a few years ago and one of the main factors was that my resting heart rate was near 90 and with just light exercise such as walking up stairs, it would go above 120.
it never occurred to me that strictly doing weights only could be so "bad" for you but apparently it is. 2 years later my resting heart rate is around 65, which is still higher than I like it to be, but light or even medium level cardio is a piece of cake.
I was fed a lot of bad information by the fitness and especially the bodybuilding "sector" and i think a lot of other people do the same.
