Yes I make some challenges to myself in order to grow in the community.

I have been challenging myself to post everyday without committing any miss post. I have also been challenging myself to curate authors as many as I can - I even leasing some Steem Power to have bigger rewards.

I even join the project of @paulag the Red Fish Power UP League and Wall of Fame where each member's owned Steem Power will be recorded on the date he/she registered. Every week a user's weekly growth will be indicated and will eventually graduate when he/she reaches the 500 Steem Power mark. This will now put you to another challenge where your growth will be monitored until you became a dolphin.

So basically I was challengeing myself to graduate from being a redfish and became a minnow as fast as I can.

My goal is to graduate before or by the end of the year
