I think flagging feature on the musing.io interface wasn't need.
We can still flag those questions or answers in another platform such as steemit.com as the contents still exist in the Steem blockchain but I do not believe that the said feature was needed by the musing
I think having some list of those violators was all @musing need to have, flagging to decrease someones reputation was a bit harsh to all users.
Even downvoting wasn't necessary as we are like stealing money to those people who received downvotes to us.
