I'm sure they have some criteria in curating posts, it was almost impossible that they are just upvoting randomly. They might be following the un written rule in the steemit world about curating the posts

I have been using a number of condenser for steemit and I am using a single account, I only use them depending on the content that I was making steemit.com -when I upvote and sometimes comment musing.io
