El productor seguía en el escenario descubriendo lo que realmente pasó y luego de eso se fue al hotel y allí la Banda lo estaba esperando, donde se dieron cuenta de que el productor tenía el teléfono y varios documentos en sus manos y en voz alta comentó —Tenemos que hablar— toda la banda se reunió en la mesa y de inmediato Michelle preguntó —¿Qué encontraron?— esa era la pregunta que todos estaban esperando. El productor comenzó a sacar cada uno de los documentos y la primera falla fue una sobrecarga, afectando todas las luces del escenario, donde eso ya lo sabía la Banda completa.
The producer remained on stage, uncovering what had actually happened; afterwards, he went to the hotel where the band was waiting for him. They noticed he was holding a phone and several documents, and he announced, "We need to talk." The entire band gathered around the table, and Michelle immediately asked, "What did you find?"—the question everyone was waiting to hear answered. The producer began laying out the documents one by one; the first issue was a power surge that had affected all the stage lights—something the entire band was already aware of.

Al terminar allí el productor mosto un video más detallado que solamente tenía él y allí se podía mostrar lo que estaba explicando, donde con eso toda la banda quedó mucho más contenta, ya que ahora si tenían las pruebas, además a Lucas se le ocurrió hacer un live para así poder explicar y poder lograr que la gente siga creyendo en nosotros.
Luego de varias horas de live y de aclarar lo que pasó, en ese momento apareció un comentario que hizo que Michelle se detuviera —“¿Entonces qué fue exactamente lo que causó la segunda falla?”— Lucas miró al productor, el productor hizo una señal afirmativa y Michelle volvió a mirar a la cámara —Bueno ahora sí, vamos a contarle y mostrarle exactamente qué encontramos. En ese momento, el productor comenzó a reproducir el registro técnico de la segunda falla y esa era la explicación que todos habían estado esperando finalmente comenzaba.

However, the music kept playing because the audio system was connected to a separate line with independent protection. After that, the producer showed a detailed video—one only he possessed—that illustrated exactly what he had been describing; this left the band much more satisfied, as they finally had proof. Additionally, Lucas came up with the idea of doing a livestream to explain the situation and ensure people kept believing in them.
After several hours of livestreaming and clarifying events, a comment appeared that made Michelle pause: "So, what exactly caused the second fault?" Lucas looked at the producer, who gave a nod of confirmation, and Michelle turned back to the camera. "Alright, now we’re going to tell you—and show you—exactly what we found." At that moment, the producer began playing the technical log of the second fault, and the explanation everyone had been waiting for finally began.
