The livestream was still running and exceeded all expectations; the producer took charge again, pointing out that a line had failed—triggering a circuit shutdown to prevent a more serious issue. However, Michelle asked, "But does that mean someone caused the problem?" The producer replied that it didn't, though they still needed to investigate further. Lucas remarked, "So we have the full explanation and the logs to prove it." In the comments, everyone agreed that it all made sense now, and Tomás finally spoke: "I think they get it now."

After several hours, they decided to end the livestream—aware that many people still had questions—and the band resolved to continue investigating the matter. Just as they finished, there was a knock on their room door; they were informed that the press had already arrived downstairs. Everyone was taken by surprise, so the producer went down first, followed by the band members, to face a crowd of cameras and journalists from various Madrid media outlets. The band took their seats and were immediately bombarded with questions. One was: "If there was a second malfunction, why did the music never stop? Is there a possibility that someone tampered with the system before the concert?" They answered each question as it was asked.

A journalist in the back row raised his voice: "So, does the band feel their reputation has been damaged by what happened?" Michelle was the first to reply: "Of course, a situation like this raises doubts. But we also believe that explaining what happened and presenting the evidence is the best way to deal with it." Lucas added, "And our work goes on." However, the question that kept coming up was: "Where was the producer at that moment?" A silence fell over the room, and the producer added, "I was right beside them." That concluded the session, but the band still had work to do; they needed to secure the venue's backup system, as that could change everything.
