Getting it done

I prefer getting a land and building a new house for my self to my taste , for it cost much lesser than renovating the bigger house . .

Now there are three criteria in choosing which is best.

1. Space
2. Family
3. Long term plans
   Now I will explain on each and every one of it .
   The first which happens to be Space is quite unique many people who loves to have a big space in their house would definitely goes for the bigger house despite the renovation cost , because with a bigger environment they would be able to be more creative in their house planing and if you would ask me to choose,as a single guy I would choose the bigger house ,knowing fully well that I will get married and I and my wife would plan on how to redesign and reconstruct the house .

The second which is the family aspect which is the Family, is delicate now as a single man I would not mind to stay in a small house with mid level budget,but as a man who has responsibilities in the near future with my wife wheresoever she is , I should be making an available arrangements for that. This is why, me getting that small house , what if we had quadruplets and it is just a two bedroom apartment where would they stay when growing up ,or would I be moving and buying a house again.
And what if I have visitors who would love to sleep over where would my kids sleep , because you have to make your guest comfortable but not in the expense of your kids comfort .

Another thing is my future wife might like spaces in her kitchen,and she may love to have a garden around the house so the best option for me now is to buy the bigger house and keep it pending on when I get married and we plan together to renovate the house in our best part we both want it .

The third part is the long term plans, if I was in a haste to move in quickly,then I would choose the smaller one ,but if my plans are like that of the two options which I made upstairs,then I go for the mansion,also I can stay in a rented apartment while working on the bigger house. Another factor is ,when the individual might not stay in that environment for long , how do I mean , most workers are usually on transfer so spending such in buying and renovating might seem stupid for them so rather they choose buying the smaller one.

But as for me I Will go for the right one while waiting for my better half to come and let build our home together, but as I said earlier the best part is the empty land and you building ,with the building drawings in my hands to know which designs are better.
