Greetings!

While randomly scrolling yesterday I came across Splinterlands post on an art contest that sparked my inner curiosity. I quickly opened up the Splinterlands cards and started trying hard to create the character I wanted. I'm not a professional artist nor good at drawing and sketching but every time I tried to make anything with full hard work and calm mind it gives me 100% positive results. On the other hand, I'm a newbie at the ecency and I don't know much about this community. I am posting for the first time in this community. If there is anything missing please inform me so that I can edit my post.

Brief Introduction

I’m posting for the first time in the hive diy community. I'm not a professional artist nor very expert in drawing and sketching. Here is my brief introduction for this community. I’m Noor Chaudhary 17 years old. I joined Hive on 28th of May.

Today you all might be thinking i am gonna recreate the character present in the splinderland’s cards but the interesting thing is i totally changed the character i inspired from splinter land and wholly changed its appearance.

Without any wait let me show you my inspirational card which i tried to create. I have always loved eagles from my childhood till now on. My inspirational character is Pallus.

I didn't want to change the whole appearance of Pallus but recently I have read Splinter lands art contest posts in which they use the words that “don’t just copy and paste the real character”. I tried to add something creative and give it a “mine” look.

Material

Lead pencil HB to draw
Sharpener
Eraser
Sketch book
Lead Pencil 3B to highlight
Blender

Process

Step 1

I roughly drew the whole body in the first step. From my childhood till now whenever I draw something I always create lines to make it more symmetrical and to give it a perfect look. But unfortunately I didn't get it at first step as the feathers looked very imperfect and weird. The unclear and unprofessional sketch of eagle is prepared at first step you can see it .

Step 2

In the second step I erase all the lines which I created to make it look perfect. After erasing all lines, I contentedly saw my sketch, which looks much better than before. Then I recreate the face of eagle which didn't look so good at the first step.

Step 3

I highlight the whole drawing and blend some body parts by using a blender which makes it more beautiful. You can see the end looks tell me in the comment section how my art is . rate it and don't forget to appreciate my efforts.

These are the final looks of Pallus. Comment and share your opinion on my drawing your honest opinion will be appreciated.
